He looks sleepy, but it is probably just how his face is… kind of like I’m not bitchy, that’s just how my face is. But he looks so snuggly and stuff. I think the kids today are calling it… eepy?

Yes! Totally. Exact same energy. Must be a predator thing, and why I love cats and owls so much. That kind of vigilance definitely speaks to me: “Shall I kill you? No. Not now. I shall conserve my energy until I must kill.”
