Is Ukraine exporting wheat during the war?

They’ve never stopped exporting. Early in the war it was leaving by train only. Later under the “deal” Russia allowed grain transport via the Black Sea to continue until Russia decided they wanted to hold Ukrainian grain shipments hostage so Russia could get some sanctions lifted. That didn’t work so now Russia is blowing up Ukrainian grain terminals in an effort to prevent Ukrainian grain from reaching the world’s dinner plates.
