Sure a rich person from Canada can come down and get a procedure in a moment’s notice but how many Americans have to leave the US to get the procedure themselves or even worse are never able to get it at all?
And as a Canadian I have never met anyone who went to the US for healthcare and as a middle class person I grew up with people poorer and richer than myself.
