Wow on the eyes for sure! I did some searching, and this site (https://intobirds.com/owls-eye-color-what-does-it-mean/) claims the orange means it’s likely the owl prefers to hunt in dim light such as dusk or dawn.
The comments there touch on that these aren’t 100% rules, but decent generalizations.
Great Horned is a perfect example. Beautiful yellow eyes, but is crepuscular to nocturnal.
It works for a lot of owls though.
