    Great news. I had thought the relatively high population of devout orthodox Christians would hinder any efforts towards that, but it’s reassuring to see another country moving forward while others seem to keep regressing.

      I’m just a Greek American, but I would assume it’s mostly a cultural thing more than an actual belief in God. I was an ordained alter boy and my church was kind of a “training” congregation for years before we got a permanent priest. A lot of the guys who came through used the seminary as a way to get out of whatever Balkan backwater they grew up in.
