Or something in the line of “asking for a friend”

Played it a long time ago. Looking forward to play it again. Propably the GOG version this time

Except Firefox and its forks, are there any other browsers that are not chromium based?

I ll do you a better one. Why is Jason?

Me with my over 500 games backlog in steam and thousands of Roms in emulators:

hopefully China will reach soon enough the tipping point where the increase of energy demand will be covered from new renewables, nuclear and storage. From that point on there will be no need for any new hydrocarbon burning energy producers. The next step will start when the price of coa, oill and gas production will be very expensive for the system, so the existing ones will gradually be phased out.

I feel so sorry about the continuing decline of the USA political system to an actual autocratic fascist regime

A hobby pays itself just by enjoying it. I’ve never calculated how long it will take to pay off my gaming rig

Good. now GTFO from Ukraine!

Even with the high prices you can still build a decent AM4 based PC and play titles bought on GOG which is DRM free. If you install Linux you all get one of the best is for free. If you want to go further you can emulate the heck of old consoles and old PC games and have tons of fun. You could also sail the high seas for content that has DRM and/or is very expensive. Don’t forget. If you don’t own what you buy the piracy is ethical and justified. After akk, piracy is mostly a service problem and when you enshitify a service you end up FAFO.

best kind of teamwork!

“A major significant issue is debt financing. Since the wars launched after 11 September 2001, the United States has relied heavily on borrowing rather than taxation to finance military operations. For this reason, some refer to the post-2001 wars as ‘credit card wars’”.

Imagine conducting wars against other countries by borrowing money from other countries to conduct them. Its gonna be fun when the debt comes due…

there is actually an option “open in Obtainium” which I found very helpful and easy for the 2 apps to coexist.

too little, too late

What platform are you gaming on?

I would suggest The legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild.

Even if you hate Shitendo (like I am) there are ways to play it on other platforms
