I didn’t know that about the second BT slot, thanks for the info! I really enjoy my controller too, but I’ve only used it for a small handful of games. I’d like to test out the gyro function, but I’m not sure if I have a game in my library that would warrant using it.

I thought about the Quest 3 route but the idea of being locked into Meta’s bullshit environment is enough to drive me to the Frame, even at that price. It’s what burned me on the Quest 2, which was a really cool piece of tech but ruined by all that metaverse shit that ended up bloating my Q2 so bad it can’t even turn on.

Especially now, where “TV PCs” are a thing (Steam Machine et al.) It’s annoying as FUCK to launch a fresh game on my Deck connected to my TV, only to have to get up 3 minutes later to fiddle with the shitass launcher.

I would think so, just judging by the trailer and extended gameplay we saw. You can freely move the camera around, which Aonuma even mentioned that you couldn’t do in the original version due to limited inputs on the N64 controller.

There are some amazing zoos that exist! Here in North Carolina we’re lucky to have the NC Zoo, the world’s largest natural habitat zoo. It’s a decent enough hike to get through the entire zoo in one day because the enclosures are spread across a huge acreage where the animals actually have their relatively normal areas to spread out and be enriched properly. They do incredible conservation work, too.

I’m sorry to anyone who has had poor experiences with zoos. Once, I visited a relative in Virginia when I was younger and went to whatever the local zoo was, and it was horrible. Animals in tiny, simple enclosures. They had a couple of rhinos that only had like… an acre? ish? to roam around in. I remember looking at my dad and saying “This place is really small…” because I had been to the NC Zoo a few times before.
