Matrix is good. But its way too secure for my liking. Every time I log into a new device, I need to either use a previous device to verify, or add the new device by erasing my previous messages.
I am not recommending Matrix at all to someone who is not good at the computers mainly for this reason.
It has good, stable, and large enough communities however.

Ask a PC gamer to make it as much as a console experience for you as possible if that is what you need.

Exactly, it’s already been giving.

Fairphone 4 and 5, not Fairphone 6 yet but its coming

I’m curious what features Adobe has that FOSS is missing
But then you still have Adobe your PC which does nasty things to your PC, high seas or not.
Find FOSS alternatives like Gimp + Photoshop plugin (PhotoGimp), Krita, Inkscape.
Therr is no reason to be using Adobe in the 0-20 years, and definitely not in 2026.
This is how we do it: https://github.com/KenneyNL/Adobe-Alternatives#animate

FOSS Android maps app where your contributions in the app also contribute to OpenStreetMap. https://f-droid.org/en/packages/app.comaps.fdroid/
Question however: Where is a good alternative to leave reviews for places?

VPN?
Heroic works fine, but I like being able to see my friends list.
