I would love to know how bad the motion sickness is. I can quite easily get motion sick just playing some FPS games on the TV, especially Half-life 2 for some reason.
I tried playing a few minutes of VR game with a Quest and it was ok.
Fuck the CCP.
Slava Ukraini!
Ban pit bulls.

I don’t remember ever climbing a tree. I lacked the skill when I was young, and now I lack the strength (and time).

So it is just a web-based office suite. Looks like I will stick with LibreOffice for now, or wait for Euro-Office to mature.

Same here. I can’t get into RDR2 at all. I don’t mind the slow movements (I enjoy most walking simulators), but I don’t care about the characters, the story doesn’t interest me, and the combat feels annoying.
That said, I can still understand why many people like the game, it is just not for me.
Have you tried?

“Hey Listen!”

I am still gaming on my Dell laptop with Intel Iris graphics.
(my main platforms are GeForce Now, Switch and Xbox Series S)

We should only play small indie games, and the only gaming platform is a DIY gaming PC running Linux, according to the fediverse.

I might be able to help if you elaborate.
What exactly did you mean by “stuck”?

Before the internet, we had FidoNet (BBS).
I think I started using the Internet with AOL and then MSN.

What are your doubts?
Just ask here, I guess there are enough computer nerds to answer your question.

Completed the following games:
196 unfinished or untouched games to go in my Steam library. And then many others on Epic, Xbox, Switch.

I don’t know the original intention of this community, but I think it is good to have this community on Piefed as nostupidquestions communities are only on Lemmy.

With PieFed you can block all users of an instance.

Along with “CRT filter” in some retro-style games. I am okay with them being optional, I just wish they were off by default.

My human eyes create motion blur just by objects moving on the screen, there is no need for additional blur.
I don’t see how it adds realism.

In Final Fantasy 7 Remake, in Sector 7 Slums I was asked to do various fetch quests unrelated to the story. That totally killed the vibe and the pacing. I stopped playing the game after that.

Cool, thanks! I wonder if they have realistic development timeline this time around.
I might be able to complete CP2077 by then.
Dinner. I managed to cook something healthy and delicious. Cantonese style winter melon soup/stew with prawns, mushrooms tofu, egg white etc.
