i think i’m going to start sharing vocadb weekly winners to keep the community alive. i’ve also, admittedly, slacked on posting, and mostly just reposted from vocaverse.network. i made this community for people who use the software to share news, personal projects, or ask for technical help. y’kno, a little more involved than just sharing stuff other people do.

unpopular opinion, but i don’t like these kinds of memes. reality sucked then and drove all the outcasts to the internet, and it sucks worse now. but now, on the internet you have this corporate dystopia to deal with on top of it.

escapes come at a premium these days, but the internet is still your best bet, you just need to work overtime to actually find the right places to go.

remember she was the so-called “moderate” republican who made waves criticizing trump and then voted for the bbb.

oh, i should also mention, she tried to carve out a temporary exception to the cuts for alaska in the bill and it got thrown out but she still voted for it anyway.

i’ve been fedi-curious for a while now and dragged my feet on the threadiverse for the longest time because my first impression of it was all the tankie stuff, i just assumed the whole thing was tankies and shuned the threadiverse entirely. after learning about piefed, and seeing discussions around lemmy in general, i realized it was more complicated and decided to give it a second chance via piefed. i’ve been relatively active for a few months now!
