Yup, people here love crying over AI.

Well, it was good while it lasted.

I don’t know how much it’s changed, but pc performance was terrible around launch. Not only that, the story of the game sucks, and forces unskippable exposition dump hallway simulator sections on you. Hope you make a better game next time, Capcom.

No, it was moved. It now sits in their CDN service terms; the difficulty is in determining whether tunneled traffic constitutes CDN usage because CF are kinda vague on this stuff. Are they going to limit your account over a little streaming? Probably not, but I would not risk it unless you don’t really care about the account.

I believe it was moved, not removed, and that it is now located in a different document, but still applies.

It’s very difficult to prove either way. There’s also the factor of making a big deal of removing Denuvo post release; if sales were lost due to its inclusion, does it fully recoup those? Does it actually result in more total sales?
Whether it actually causes measurably more sales, my thoughts are that if paying customers are treated worse than pirates, then piracy is justified, so including Denuvo inherently justifies pirating the game to me.

That is so accurate. I have a couple of LLM-coded applications running, either because a solution wasn’t available, or existing solutions were beyond the scope of what I need, and would idle at up to 1 GB of RAM instead of 10 MB. In situations like these, being able to get a quick solution thrown together is such a boon.

I used Lutris on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, but I haven’t used it since switching to CachyOS; it just didn’t work properly for me, and I haven’t cared enough to troubleshoot it when alternatives exist.
Correct, he is not the only one doing it, but he is the one who started buying up hardware, and made the others follow suit.
Blame Sam Altman.

SKG did not ask for publishers to maintain servers in perpetuity, they asked for publishers to leave games in a playable state, and didn’t require it to be done in any specific way whatsoever. You don’t need to perpetuate anti-consumer talking points that have no basis in reality.

I would be less on board if every game did it, but I’m perfectly fine with it in this game.

If someone calls you a slur, or whatever, in a game, chances are they don’t care about the aspect of you they’re badmouthing - they don’t know you enough to care. To me, it’s usually either saying shit just for the sake of it, or it’s like a subconscious test of whether you have a stick up your ass, and if you actually get mad or offended, you’ve failed the test.

Seems like IO has restricted progression in offline play, like they did with Hitman. That’s really all I need, to know that I won’t be playing this.

Seems to barely be a game, as well as having little substance beyond nostalgia bait. Not really my bag.

I run Jellyfin for myself and Plex for others. The Jellyfin android tv app almost pushed me back to Plex, but Wholpin works quite well.

Debatable. They’re fucking over paying customers either way, but if it were added post release, the DRM-free version would remain.

The article doesn’t have anything to do with race, but thank you for the racism.

I would definitely buy this. At half the price and without the Battle.net requirement.
There are valid criticisms, and then there’s going into every thread that mentions AI and saying “AI bad.” Yes, there are a lot of retards who love crying over AI here.
