At some point all the medical technology and wealth in the world becomes meaningless. Bodies are complex systems and effects can cascade: a heart attack might be fixable but surgeries to fix it might be fatal, especially to someone as old and unhealthy as he is.

Literally no-one wants to read the same story on CNN, ibtimes and businessinsider. You yourself know that you’re not posting it 6 times because it’s important to get those different versions of the same thing; you’re doing it because you want to maximise the chance of someone seeing something you want them to see
