  • I am not an expert.

You could post to different instances. I think most just pick one.

You can log into the ones where you have am account. Single-Sign-On (google it if you don’t know the term)is something still missing sadly.

A viewer could log into any instance that is connected with your instance to view your videos.

Your instance is a server and yes if it is a slow server, videos from that instance will take more time to download. Not sure whether foreign videos are first loaded to the instance (unlikely) or just pulled from your browser (likely).

I can’t follow how I am conflating them or how I am using them colloquially. I am not sure if conflating makes sense here.

I am not American. When I speak about conservative and liberal I am not speaking about political parties in America.

Using Wikipedia as a source in a paper is not a good idea. This is not a paper. (I have written an essay on Nozick’s libertarianism when I studied philosophy though; it’s been ages so can’t remember much, but I didn’t use wikipedia there :P)

I hate how these terms are used colloquially. Here are wikipedia’s definitions:

Conservatism is a cultural, social, and political philosophy and ideology that seeks to promote and preserve traditional institutions, customs, and values.

Liberalism is a political and moral philosophy based on the rights of the individual, liberty, consent of the governed, political equality, right to private property, and equality before the law.

So no. The definitions are very different. Now you can say that liberals and conservatives are similar in your country or that you live in liberalism and therefore trying to keep it is conservatism, but there is no necessary overlap afaik.

  • I would rephrase it to:

    Hey <manager>,

recently I have received orders to do <order 16:30> order16:45 which would have caused overtime. I thought about how I can smooth the assignment process in the future and here is a list of times that I need to finish orders:

    • <How long it takes to take the forklift to the garage>
    • <How long it takes to perform an order (described as accurately as possible)> If you feel like I am taking longer than I should please speak with <coworker> to verify that my timings are accurate. Also, keep in mind that sometimes unforeseen circumstances e.g. <insert circumstance> can delay my work.

Please let me know whether you need any additional information.

    Best <OP>

This leaves enough open that you did not give reason for conflict imho and if she goes ballistic, answer politely but CC another manager or her manager stating that you are unsure how to respond given that your times were accurate and that you are working towards a solution.

    1. If you believe that being gay is largely genetic
    2. do you believe that some countries have just more gay genes?
    3. if not you can assume that the highest gay ratio in countries is more representative than the lower ones of specific countries.
    4. If you look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_sexual_orientation there are some countries with >=7%

I think the largest reason for lower reports is social pressure and the flexibility applied when being unhappy with your own orientation due to that pressure “I am not gay. I just like to experiment!” I believe that this partly causes the relatively large amount of “not completely straight” people in more precise studies.

Anyway, this is a lot of guess work. Mainly I had this presumption, because a gay man I know stated “I can ask 10 men on the street and one will join me” and given that it sounded like he tried it a few times, I do believe him. So my starting position is highly anecdotal and not very scientific.
