Please don’t take me seriously
Always over ear headphones I don’t get on with earbuds etc they hurt my ears and I think music is something that shouldn’t be imposed on others so headphones it is
Some absolutely belting suggestions in this thread nice work guys!
Karma was one of the worst things about Reddit imo all the farming and low effort posts, let’s not repeat things again
Both my knees need replacing and my left hip is shot at too I have a shower seat so that I can shower when they hurt. I do find it’s relaxing and many a time I’ve been close to falling asleep
I can’t say I’ve had a bad release from QxR I like how they include extras if available
If you have no skill at all in IT why are you contemplating spinning up a Lemmy instance?
The first Lemmy instance I joined was setup by someone like that, lasted two days then fell over.
There’s no need to rationalise pirating though
Not everything indexed by a search engine is public domain that’s not how copyright works.
There’s plenty that actually is in the public domain but I guess scraping the web is a lot easier for these people
I’ve just got around to giving this a whirl it’s pretty good. They have binaries for those like myself afraid of docker
I know nothing about i2p isn’t it going to depend on everyone using i2p?
I think you might be right. I may just end up getting a seed box of some description
I moved from mullvad when they dropped port forwarding and moved to ivpn only now to find they have dropped it to.
I think I will hang fire a little while now and see how things play out before having the rug pulled again. Is there going to come a time when none them offer port forwarding?
A nice idea I just wish there were more manufacturers taking this path. I’d be too worried about the company going bump and leaving me with what amounts to any other laptop
Not this again I’ve seen it posted in a few different places in what I can only imagine to discredit Lemmy or the devs.
I’d also like to add a robust charging port, it’s going to be the most used part of your laptop after the power button.
