I just read the description on IMDB, and good lord what a fever dream. But the real selling point for me is the disembodied head of Billy Connolly being a loyal companion to a family. Consider me signed up.

I was wrong to say carbon footprint, I suppose I’m curious about who has contributed the most to polluting the environment and damaging our climate.
I have often thought about who the person with the worst carbon footprint would be if you accounted for factors like inventions/policies/war etc. This answers my question, unless there are even worse contributors.
…no. Sincerely, a taxpayer P.S. have you considered budgeting and not paying for expensive coffee to pay for your expensive hobby?
Generative Ai is such a drain on our resources. While I am happy this is bringing about more green energy sources, watching it be poured into such meaningless bullshit is depressing.
Feeling wasteful in the between 4 and 6 category. That is, if I am away from home and there is no bidet. That is just what I feel adequately safe/dry with
They had already seen the show a month prior? It was a shitty thing to do regardless, but it just seems so spiteful to prevent someone from seeing the show for the first time just so your kid can see it twice back to back.
We do not want that. We do not want a protector. We want our rights to be upheld and not jeopardized by making them a State’s Rights Issue where they can be dismissed or “protected” by stupid little men like him.
Did not know what to expect when I read the headline, and it used the term scratched. Then, the statement goes on to say a box cutter was used. What the fuck.
Well, now I’m sad.
Don’t know how it is in the comedy category and not drama.
I know it was discussed last year, but classifying The Bear as a comedy is a bit unfair. While the show certainly has its comedic moments, that shit is a stressful drama 90% of the time. I accept that awards are always bonkers, and comparing art and performances is not ever “fair.” It just seems insincere to put yourself in the same category as a show like What we do in the Shadows or Abbott Elementary when it seems to clearly belong in competition with shows like Shogun or Mr and Mrs Smith.
I don’t think you can compare the acting of Jeremy Allen White in a serious show about the life of a chef to that of Matt Berry who is pretending to be a horny vampire and occasional girls volleyball sponsor/humble neighborhood bartender from Tucson Arizonia. Jackie Daytona was robbed, and I will die on this hill.
How is Fallout a drama and not a comedy? How is this classification decided?
Oh I still have fun playing it when I can! But it’s more of a desperate attempt at survival and less a strategic hunt for the bounty and skilled firefight with enemies. I wish this existed back when I was in college and had more free time to play and friends available to co-op with. I’m so anxious about letting down teammates I’m matched with online.
I see you are well versed in bird law.
This game has such a fun premise, and the atmosphere is incredible. I wish I had enough free time to really get good at it.
Can you explain this one?
What an absolutely horrific change in her day to day life over the course of a few short weeks. I hope she recovers quickly, although I hear that burn recovery is brutal and that her boyfriend goes to prison forever for such a malicious act.
30th St Station in Philly, and I’m sure many other train stations in the world, has a similar layout with stairs down to the tracks. And has benches along the railing. The benches don’t obstruct the movement of people going up or down the stairs, but start from the top of the stairs and sit along the unused space to the sides of the stairs. The line to show tickets forms to one side of the stairs so that while passengers leaving the train can go up the stairs on their right the passengers joing can go down on their right. If you are early to your train, you can sit right there in the front of the line on a comfortable bench, and the line can form behind you.
Was going to say with all of the episode of Dr. Who, it had to be in one of them.
Signs (2002) is my favorite horror movie to watch during spooky season. While it was mocked so perfectly in Scary Movie 3, I feel like the atmosphere it creates is still so unnerving. The humor in the movie adds an element of B movie campiness to an otherwise serious movie.
Cabin in the Woods (2011) disassembles the horror tropes in a hilarious way. Inspired by the Evil Dead movies.
