When I finished College(12 Years Education) in my country, I had terrible mood swings, I had a terrible crush on one person for literally 4 years, and Since, I couldn’t be with this person, I was tormented just at the sight of that person. Now that, I’m in University, I have made good friends, even though, I used to think I have social anxiety, which I’ve 90% Conquered now. P.S. Sorry about making this about me. Hey, were you replying to another comment? I don’t understand the first part of your comment. Huge thanks if you explain a little bit more. Also, I want to say that the people I follow on Instagram are my friends, one who post actively. These same friends I meet everyday in my University. It feels tiresome[personally, for me], to follow them online as well since I spend a quarter of my day with them in University. I don’t know If I explained correctly or not, it made sense or not. Also, I am not a huge people person, I keep to myself and would like it if people kept to themselves, too, and not display their lives online.

Man, me too, I want to leave Instagram so badly. Not that I’m addicted to reels or anything, I just can’t seem to go through with the deletion period. Even as I am typing this, it’s on deletion period, and I’m gonna reactivate it again probably. I hate Instagram because it seems fake, people flaunt their lives like trophies and I hate, hate it. Well there’s many as of now. They’re in early stages and errors occur on and off, I guess that’s okay. I suggest you check out Thunder, Connect for Lemmy and liftoff. These work great and I like Connect’s UI. You can WefWef for an experience very close to Apollo, keep in mind it’s a web app, but it works really great. It’s federates with Mastodon, I think, if you’re into that.

Spez has turned the reddit platform into shit. I really liked reddit before this enshitifocation. It was the only platform I used alot because of its communities and anonymity. I still go there on and off, but my usage has decreased significantly.
I use Lemmy and Kbin way more now and am more invested into the success of Fediverse platforms. Here’s to the success of Fediverse.

Me too. I have been using Jerboa, Liftoff, summit and connect. Thunder won’t load for me,so, I’ve stopped trying to get that to work. All the others work to my satisfaction. I’m leaning on Connect’s side a little bit more than others because I like its UI better.

it indeed is interesting. A few weeks ago I didn’t even know what ActivityPub or Fediverse is. I’m witnessing this platform’s growth in real time. I left reddit and I like it here. let’s hope this is the only the beginning of something really really great.
