It doesn’t have WeaWow’s extensive widget options, nor does it seem to be able to just follow you around wherever you are and get the current conditions for that spot - you have to add locations to a list. My job has me going all over the place, so that’s not in the least convenient.

The one thing that drives me nuts about it is the location name. It just looks wrong to me to show only the city name without the state abbreviation - especially after a full street address.

You discredit the hard work of those excising said “bug.” I’d say it’s more akin to cleaning up after some malware has had it’s way with your files - a lot of meticulous & tedious work tracking things down.

That’s not what I meant when I said “fuck Lauren Boebert!”

Data center McMansions - free heat!

So Israel’s genocidal rampage is more important than winning in Iran, and all the US military over there are sacrificing their lives for no (useful) reason. I don’t get why the right-wingers aren’t more incensed over this crap.

I’d really rather not.

True, but there are usually significant periods of time in between where there’s opportunity to restore some semblance of sanity, even if only for a while until the next asshole claws their way to the fore.

I’m aware, but I don’t think any of them have the weird charisma that pulls in so many gullible suckers so they’ll lose at least some support, and hopefully that’ll be just enough.

Shhhh! I knew that, but let me dream… please?

I’ve heard deaths of well-known people come in sets of threes, so I’m still holding out hope.

I foresee lots of people learning how to run local models that can’t be taken away.

No Stupid Questions is over here

The way Wikimedia Foundation has been acting, can’t say I’m surprised.

Arbitrary glyphs can mean whatever we decide they mean. One day 8 could mean what we commonly consider to be 2 today - we just have to choose for it to be so.

I was soooo expecting a picture of Trump under that post title.

What Google Maps shows for the Gulf of Mexico still pisses me off, and I have no skin in the game since I have no ties to anything Hispanic in nature. It’s just wrong.

Es gehört ganz dir – viel Spaß damit.

Matter to you, maybe. Nobody else cares since you’re all alone.

And alone, with nobody mourning your loss.
