Traveled Europe in the 90’s with a backpack. It was pretty common then. I met loads of Americans claiming to be Canadian. As a travelled Canadian myself it was fairly obvious to me but some insisted it was worthwhile. It certainly fell off over the years I traveled however.

Its not falling off so much as eventually wishing they would.we are on our feet every day yet we often don’t lace up our shoes or boots.ill fitting shoes cause all kinds of problems for future self in thefeet and joints. Workboots every day can be a nightmare as can High heels for toes, ankles and the balls of the feet. Mostly good shoes are the answer but people like pretty things and not lacing up thier boots. When you get old and your feet hurt every day maybe you wonder why. Maybe it was those old converse with the hole in the toe.

Your teeth and feet are hopefully with you for life. Take care of them.

In Canada its an auto function of the payment system. You say you want $100 in gas. The card gets preauthorized for $100 to ensure the money is available then the pump starts. After you finish pumping and get only $80 in fuel that is what is actually charged to the card. The card is charged only after you finish pumping.

Our house gave them all up.even socials for our small buisness. Fuck em. We will find another way.

Been free streaming forever. I’m in my 50’s and started with downloads to floppies. For a time over the years we had external drives with favorite TV and movies but we haven’t used them in years. Our kids all free stream too. They’ve never known any other way.
