  • I do 20-30 minutes every second day.

One day - Body weight exercises at home, variations of pushups and tabata.

Two days later - Exercise bike, burning 300 calories in 30 mins.

Nothing special but keeps my heart, arms and legs pretty strong without a huge time investment.

It all depends on your goal. Wanna look ripped, you need hours in the gym. Want to just have a body that doesn’t hurt and feels good, then its enough with moderate exercise.

  • I think it’s different for everyone. I remember as a kid, I had the same scary dream so many times that I would know I was dreaming when it was happening.

It was always about me being chased by some guy and I couldn’t run properly so he would catch up with me and stab me in the back. And I remember it hurting enough that I wanted to avoid it.

So one time I just refused to run, turned around and faced the guy. I don’t remember if anything happened but I remember I never had that dream ever again.

    Face your fears. True story.

  • Actually yes, I’ve been feeling like that. I heard about https://timeleft.com/ (dinner with strangers) and thought it was such a cool concept. You sign up on the site, answer lots of questions about your personality, and then they have an algorithm that matches you with other people for a dinner somewhere where you live.

I went to one of those and ended up with 5 people, and still are in touch with 4 of them. Playing pool with them in a week. :)

There are many, many people feeling like we do. Just go meet them! I bet you will like it, and if not, it’s just a dinner. Nobody knows your full name so you can easily disappear and never meet those people again if needed.
