What would a valid point of discussion be to you? Is there one?

If there is no way your opinion can change then your opinion is not reasonable. If your opinion is not based on reason, why do you hold it?

If all things the media has discussed is off limits, then the only things that remain are things we make up or have seen in person. I don’t really take random strangers online at their word, so those aren’t reliable sources. So no media, no personal anecdotes. That leaves us with nothing. What sources of information would be appropriate?

I reasonably giving my thoughts. You’re parroting bullet points from the media.

The source would be your brain anfter observing all viewpoints. Not just the ones you’re told to believe in.

“Source: my brain.” Yeah, I’m sure you and anyone else would accept that. That is absolutely stupid if that’s the source you accept. Everything anyone writes is synthesizing information using their brain. They may just provide evidence to ensure to others that it’s true.

Also, you didn’t “reasonably” give your thoughts. You totally dismissed everything because it didn’t agree with your opinion. Again, what possible information could change your opinion? If the answer you have is “nothing” (or you can’t think of anything) then you should consider why you hold the position you hold.

I used to watch this guy, who does “Street Epistemology,” for a while, but I haven’t seen anything recently. I guess YouTube decided to to not it. Anyway, you should watch some of this and then consider your opinions in the same frame. If you actually want to think for yourself, like you imply you do, then you need to consider why you think a certain way and hold the opinions that you hold.

People seem to like me more than fine actually. Are you projecting?

It’s funny, instead of actually engaging in conversation and addressing the points, you instead hurl out insults, accusations, and ad hominems. It’s almost like you don’t have a leg to stand on or something.

I have considered my reasons for my beliefs, and why I even have those reasons to start with. You can’t address that. I think the one telling others to think for themselves has some thinking they need to do.

You deserved what you got. Hey, Go have a nice memorial day. I will. You probably don’t know so I’ll tell you. It’s the ones that died to give you the freedom to have any view you want.

I’m the son of a veteran dipshit.

Why are you trying to be an asshole? What do you get out of it? It can’t make you happier.
