But then again… Wikipedia says there are about 7.5 million square miles in the US and Canada, so that’s over 400 birds killed per square mile, per year, on average. That’s amazing, no?

But now that I know that includes chickens and turkeys, and Mexico and Greenland and the Bahamas, it’s OK.
