I think you’re wrong cuz this meme talks directly about politics. The original commenter said there was a community for that and this is not the place.
That has nothing at all to do with whether or not art is political.
While you can say anything is political, talking about the politics of your country is obviously more political than talking about a dog

If a community has a ‘no politics’ rule then sure it will exclude people from like posing political campaigns and blatant political action
But if the person in charge decides that trans people existing is political and therefore remove it, guess what now you have a ‘non political’ community that is actually explicitly advancing the political project of anti-trans
