The title feels a little misleading considering the pledge included “registered or not” and “cheat like hell”

Legality only matters if there’s a judicial system able and willing to actually punish the offender. We haven’t had such a thing for the wealthy in a while. The only justice for the wealthy comes when someone picks up a gun.

SCOTUS says he has immunity for “Official Acts,” which presumably means those outlined in the Constitution. I checked, but I couldn’t find where directing voters to cheat, and to vote whether they’re registered or not was in the Constitution, so I don’t think that would be considered an “Official Act.”

As to what that covers, Devin Stone made a very good video on that. TL;DW: the constitution is fairly vague on that.

Plus this looks to be at a rally, not a press conference, so does this really count as an official act? Or I guess should it, rather?

That “whoa” at the end… It’s almost as if even he’s surprised the crowd followed along with that.

Makes me wonder if he’s been studying the performances of faith healers like Peter Popoff. They love a “Whoa!”.

I like the part when he said he couldn’t breathe. Can we get more of that.? Like really really?

Well if that don’t reek of desperation…
