The best way to do something in my case is to break things down to the smallest stuff. Literally making an objective in my head like
stand up
,go to door
,open door
, etc. Thinking the whole shit just makes my brain shut down. Sometimes I forget to do this and just sit and stare at my screen.
Replace the top four panels with the bottom two and you have me.
