I guarantee there are many bad people here, because… humans. The main issue with reddit, as with every other large platform is the quality of the people using it. They are made worse by the platform itself, but the platform would not be able to be so bad, if the people were not predominantly trash.

I already use linux, and lineageos without any google apps, I also use a vpn, expecting at any time at least one of those will also become non-viable, but not knowing what they will be replaced with, if anything.
