I’d like to guess solely on the specific images in the meme that you are exactly 31.

News@lemmy.world•She got an electric bill for $1,373. She's not alone
1·1 month agoBut your comment said nothing about business interests only spoke of wars. Not even a mention of how those wars could benefit those business interests. I must assume you are either a bot or lost. Not that i necessarily disagree with you, you just seem to be having the wrong argument for the topic at hand. Even if we were to say all choices made by the US are for business interests, youre still not making the connection.

7·2 months agoYou know that XKCD comic about the assumpitions of experts? Thats what you sound like.
You may not be an expert in your eyes but compared to that commenter, you are, and when you speak to actual experts to find help you are already able to use the language that opens the door to that help. While to others its akin to searching for something when you don’t have the key words or phrase that will lead to the appropriate results and you just get nothing.
This person wants things like an info-graphic to help them get to where youbare or somewhere close.
I must disagree, it is much like fight club would lead you to believe.
A friend passed out in a tub (very drunk) years ago with a teeny tiny diluted drop of the stuff in it. It straight up burned a hole in him.

24·3 months agoAtlanta has them in the middle of parks too far from and facing away from parking lots to read any license plates… they’re there to use facial recognition on children playing on park equipment.
That’s interesting, I’ve never heard that and I’ve worked with carpenters in many places over the world. I definitely find the same thing when I look for a bit by the name though.
And I kind of like it more because you can think of it as giving some back on a cut like a marketing rebate.
Rebate = rabbet
I’m pretty sure.

Do you have any examples of such models? Models like this are the only interest I have in LLMs.

That being said I’m in the same boat in GA. Registered independent.
With 2 people working 80hrs a week and a kid in cloth diapers I assure you I cannot wait a few weeks.
Could probably get the diapers done throughout the week by hand and I do all my own laundry in a hotel room by hand when I have to travel for work, but I dont have the littiney of other home owner crap to take care of or all the bedding and towels so its just my clothes.
At what time should I be doing my entire family’s laundry by hand including bedding for 3 to 4 weeks?
Sure could drop off at a laundry service but at that point its expensive enough to have just paid the repair guy with the part in his truck to come out and fix it defeating the whole point of fixing it myself.
The one place I’m having issue with this is appliance parts. Every time I try to buy from an appliance parts retailer on line it takes weeks to get my part. It’s either that or I call a local repair shop that has parts in stock and will sell it to me if I have the time to get out to their location an hour and half away between 9 and 3. Man I’m just trying to fix the washer when I get home from work. I dont have time for all that or the time to wait for the part, laundrys gotta get done!

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Why does it feel like most art museums are for adults and most science museums are for kids?
2·4 months agoI loved the DaVinci Museum! Second to the ADI design museum, but I’m a bit of a design nerd.
I hadn’t realized the extent of his hand in essentially the existence of Milan. It’s definitely one of the best non kiddie science museums I’ve been to. The Fernbank in Atlanta is increasingly kiddie inside but out back they have an extensive forest of native plants which is super cool. They do adult nights sometimes but I think thats just adults getting drunk and doing kid stuff.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•How do stunt people fall down stairs without hurting themselves?
4·5 months agoThis was one of the first things I remember someone teaching me as a small child and then again (correcting some) when I started martial arts. I attribute never breaking any bones as a kid to this.
Knowing how to fall is an important life skill that should not be reserved for people who partake in dangerous activities.

You want it round? OK!
