Darnton

I haven’t watched the Gamers Nexus video(they are the ones doing the research on this subject) yet, but according to their preview in their previous video, it seems they hinted at the fact that some tvs can access the internet even though you don’t physically connect them.

I was also of the belief that if you just kept your smart tv dumb then it wouldn’t be a problem, but it seems like that is not entirely true.

Only if you completely ignore all context and recent history, and the fact that many nations does not have all of the issues which the US has, but has actually figured out some solutions to some of the problems.

Meanwhile the US seems more adamant than ever to make life insufferable for most of its citizens. The point being that the US is indeed very special in its failure to learn from others, despite having more wealth than anybody else.

The “it has always been like this everywhere in the entirety of human history” is a pretty useless and false statement in this context.

The guy who wrote it didn’t believe it either, so not exactly a new story.

Yes, but the fact that it is happening in a country which contains the most wealth any nation has ever had in recorded history is quite special.

Technically, the roots of mac and cheese can be traced as far as medieval Italy, but in the same way that Italian noodles were born in China.

Yeah, because Italian “noodles” weren’t born in China. That is a myth that has long since been busted.

Ignorant bigotry does indeed exist in many places.

Most of the major players in the AI industry is in the US as well, and they get to do their monopolistic corrupt shit because of Trump, so that is largely also a US created problem.

Competitive with what, buying your own computer? Because that stuff is expensive too.

Sure, but the ship has already sailed when it comes to stopping carbon emission created climate change, that is already happening right now and at a worst case scenario strength. At best it will just slow down the added effect.

That means there is still time for him to escape. Guys who are confident in cowboy hats are the biggest douches on Earth.

How about listening to the original music whom they pirated in order to create the AI-slop music instead?

You: “I turned fascist just to spite people who gets hilariously angry about fascism”.

Just because it is caused by one man doesn’t mean it isn’t entshittification.

Everything these techbros come up with is a giant waste of energy. It doesn’t concern them at all, despite out planet literally burning.

He ran for president in 2020 to divert votes from the Democrats in an attempt to make Trump win. He was an insane fascist way before 2022.

The pedocracy functioning as designed.

He also appears to represent Microslop at lots of official functions, like when the techbro oligarchs kissed Trumps ass at a dinner recently.

Malicious of course. They get their data centers, and they don’t give a rats ass about the local population. They deliberately choose locations where local leadership is easy to bribe, like the US and other third world countries.

It has nothing to do with generations. It has everything to do with class war. New generations will not automatically not be fascist, because the exact same mechanisms which creates fascists are still in place.
