Looks delicious! Love the vibrance of the green. Is it a broth-based curry? Is that fish in the center? I know nothing of Goan curries.
It was! It’s more of a broth, but you can thicken it with some cornstarch slurry if you’d like. That is chicken in the center but you can add just about any meat (or veggie) you’d like to it, I just had chicken thighs that day
