When you pasteurize milk, you increase heat for a period of time that kills viruses and bacteria in the milk.
Typically 162 deg F (71 C) for like 20 seconds at that temp which will typically only lose 10 % of the shit the RFKjr folks are trippin about, while killing the very dangerous shit
